From the moment a principal requests an estimate (either online of through traditional means) the details are tracked in the system.

The estimates can either be calculated by the system and then amended by the Operator, or simply manually created from a template.

The system does support multi-berth estimates and will record estimated charges for each section.

Once the estimate (Pro-Forma DA) is complete, it is confirmed to the relevant party by email or fax. All reports can show your logo and is consistent with all other reports produced by the system.

Once you have been appointed the estimate is changed to an Open Job and operational and financial details can be recorded against it.

Throughout the lifecycle of the job the details can be tracked both internally, but also by the customer if you have given them access to the system.

The status of all Open vessels can be tracked on a graphical 'Whiteboard'.
