The menu provides access to the main functions of the system. Should an option not be available to a user it will be 'greyed out'.

The menus and indeed the entire system can be configured to reflect your preferred colour scheme and logos.

In the bottom a 'Quick Access' menu shows commonly used options such as the 'Whiteboard' and all active tasks for each user.

We know from hard experience that complex systems may cause issues with staff in remote locations. Everything is being done to make the system as easy as possible for the users.

You decide which functions to activate or to omit so that both your procedures are enforced properly.
