Portagent.com is a fully user-defined solution, this means that you decide how you work and what information is relevant to you. As your business requirements change and Portagent.com grows you can activate or de-activate fields and functionality. You also may select from a number of standard colour schemes to match you corporate profile.

All external communication is produced by the system and contains your logo and details. As each job contains the communication details of all stakeholders the correspondence will be sent out immediately also sending a copy to you if you wish.

The amount of paperwork involved is one of the main challenges in this industry and although we do not claim to have found the complete answer we will provide you with the tools to embed the documents in the database.

Another challenge is the compliance reporting. The number and variety of forms that need to be lodged are phenomenal. We hope to have overcome this by using easy integration to Word, Excel and Crystal Reports. That way you will be able to design your own forms and slot them into your workflow.

If you already have your own website you will be able to simply add a link so that your customers may access the information directly (subject to you granting them authority).
