Principals and other relevant parties are able to access information relating to them across all agents that use PortAgent™ at no cost to the principal.

This means that if a principal operates globally, all relevant port call details that are stored in PortAgent are visible.

PortAgent offers a subscription service to principals where an interface is developed and data automatically fed into Principal's system. This subscription also enables the principal to set criteria and KPI values which will be used to alert the agent if these values are not met.
